 Getting tired in the bustling city? Why not enjoy the peacefulness of Camp Soteria Resort located at Barangay Salvacion, San Agustin, Surigao Del Sur.



The location's vibes are at an all-time high. When you look up in the internet, you'll be able to find that it means "salvation." the tranquility and serenity that heals all your problems, tension, and anxiety that you've been carrying around with you. Being close to the water, listening to the waves, and the winds brushing down the trees, and not the mention how exquisite their sand is. From the trees to their rooms, they were enthralled by the vibrant surroundings. Due to its wide area, tourist also utilize it as a camping ground. Some had even done their wedding, birthday parties, and prenuptial photoshoot here. They also have their own restaurant, so there's no need to worry about running out of food. Because of the big waves, surfing is possible here, and they also provide surfing lessons. They're also organizing island hopping in the Britania group of islets. 
 

During our visit, we were fortunate that there were no other guest in the resort. It is calm and quiet, and also listening to the birds singing. The owner of the resort and staff were really accommodating. There is no karaoke in the establishment, so your atmosphere will not be ruined. Enjoying your time in the wilderness. The only down side is that there is no charging station in the room, but you may charge at one of their cottages because there is an accessible outlet.

How to get there?
  • From Butuan city, ride a bus travelling to Tandag at the Integrated Bus Terminal. Tell the driver you'll alight at Britania Junction
  • from there you can ride tricycle, just ask the driver to bring you to Camp Soteria Resort.
If you're coming from Davao city, another option is to take a bus to Tandag city. Arrive at Britania Junction, but be aware that this is not a regular stop. You can take a bus going to Butuan if you can't find one that is going to Tandag. After alighting at San Francisco, transfer to another bus bound for Barobo. After that, take a bus to San Agustin and get off at Britania Junction.
